HOW TO PREPARE BREAD RECIPE:
Put the yeast in a bowl or a glass with a spoonful of sugar and 100 ml of water, mix well and let it dissolve for about 5 minutes.
In a mixing bowl I put the flour and salt, I added the dissolved yeast and I mixed it with the dough hook, then I added the rest of the water, it mixes until it is homogenous. At the end add the oil and mix until incorporated. Sprinkle the flour on top and leave to rise until it doubles in volume.
Remove from the bowl and place in the pan, leave to rise for another 30 minutes. Bake the bread in the preheated oven at 170 Celsius for an hour.
If you want the crust to be soft, cover the bread with a towel after removing it from the oven.

I say this because in Arad in all supermarkets we find milk, flour, sugar, oil, yeast, corn, etc. I don't think that the big chains (Kaufland, Lidl, Selgros, etc.) did not supply the stores in Iași, Bucharest or Galați (from there were the most comments) but only that people bought much more than they needed. Here's a quick recipe for Irish baking soda that can replace our traditional bread. Bread without yeast is a traditional recipe, with an echo of hundreds of years, still popular in some parts of our country, especially in rural areas of Moţilor, Sălaj, Maramureș, Vrancea or Dobrogea. Instead of yeast, women used to use dry dumplings, or fermented vine leaf juice. This bread is much healthier than the one we are used to today. It can be prepared at home, following a few simple recipes.

• 1 kg of flour
• 1 tablespoon of sugar
• 1 tablespoon of bran
• 1 tablespoon of oil
• a little lukewarm water
• salt to taste
Instead of yeast, use some dry pancakes. They are prepared as follows: put the flour in a large bowl, and in the middle make a place with a spoon, in which to pour a little lukewarm water in which he put the sugar to dissolve. Add the bran and oil, then the salt.
Mix well by hand and knead until you get a not very hard dough. Make round, thin cakes with one finger. This amount of dough is enough for 20 cakes. The cakes thus prepared are left to dry in the sun in a tray, then kept in paper bags.
For the actual preparation of the bread, a cake is made from a dry cake, soaked in a little warm water, salt and sugar. Leave to rise for 15 minutes, then pour hot over the flour prepared for bread. Knead like a dough, adding a little hot oil. Bake the bread in the preheated oven.
• 15 vine leaves
• 500 ml of lukewarm water
• 1 teaspoon of sugar
For fermentation and loosening, a juice from fermented vine leaves can be used. Break the vine leaves and soak them in a bowl with water and sugar. Cover the pot and leave it in the sun until it starts to ferment. Strain, and the resulting juice is used to prepare a loaf of one kilogram of flour. Knead like regular bread, adding a little oil. Put the bread in the trays and leave it in a warm place for 30 minutes (on the stove) to rise a little before putting it in the oven.
• 280 g of flour
• 250 g of yogurt
• 1 or

• 1 teaspoon of salt
Mix the yogurt, egg, sugar and salt in a large bowl, then add the flour together with the baking powder. The dough will remain sticky, so it is not handled manually, but is turned upside down in a tray lined with baking paper and leveled on top. You can sprinkle sesame or poppy seeds. Bake for 15-20 minutes.

240ml warm milk
50ml melted butter

Method of preparation:
I prepared the bread dough in the bread machine. I put the ingredients in the bowl in the following order: warm milk, melted butter in the microwave (but let it reach a reasonable temperature, do not put it hot), sachet of dry yeast, caster sugar, flour and a pinch of salt . I left the dough to knead and leaven in the bread machine for 2 hours.
If you don't have a bread machine, knead the dough by hand. Put the flour in a bowl, add the caster sugar, dry yeast, melted butter, warm milk and salt and start kneading the dough for 20-30 minutes until you get an elastic dough that does not stick to your hand. Cover the dough obtained with a clean towel and leave it to rise for 2 hours, in a warm place.
After 2 hours, the dough has risen nicely, we turn it over on the work surface and divide it into three equal balls.
We spread each ball in a rectangular sheet, which we then roll along.
With all the 3 dough balls we do the same, in the end resulting in 3 rolls.
These 3 rolls, we start to weave them, we join them at one end, so that the end of the middle roll comes above the other 2 rolls (as in the photo below).
After joining the rolls at one end, we weave, as tightly as we can, all the way. We try to squeeze the ends of the braid lightly and put them underneath.
We put the braided bread in a tray lined with baking paper and leave it to rise covered with a towel, in a warm place.
After 1 hour, the bread grew very nice.
Meanwhile, in a bowl put a raw yolk and 30 ml of water, beat them with a small fork or a fork.
With this resulting composition we will grease the leavened bread, before putting it in the oven.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top, we can sprinkle poppy seeds or flax seeds, sunflower, then put the bread in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes, until nicely browned.
After removing the bread from the oven, leave it in the pan for 5 minutes, then remove it on a wire rack or chopper and leave it to cool. It is a delicious homemade bread.
