In a bowl, mix the butter, oil, mustard, paprika, salt and pepper until you get a paste, pass the chicken legs through this mixture, then place them in a tray and cover the tray with baking paper.

Set the electric oven to 220 degrees C for 1 hour. After 1 hour, take out the baking paper and let it brown for a little more than 15-20 minutes. The meat is very tender and tasty.
